Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deliver regional L&D programs: Oversee the design development and delivery of regional L&D programs that align with GREFs strategic objectives and enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Needs assessment and program evaluation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess L&D needs identify knowledge gaps and establish learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives through regular measurement and assessment to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder collaboration and relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders HR partners and subject matter experts to ensure seamless coordination and execution of L&D initiatives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Innovative learning solutions: Utilize innovative methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and interactive training programs including e-learning virtual classrooms and blended learning solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in L&D to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.
- Project management: Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure timely delivery of learning programs within budget and resource constraints.
- Culture of learning and development: Foster a culture that values learning and development supporting employees career growth and professional development. Create opportunities for continuous learning and self-development.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
- Proven experience in designing delivering and evaluating training programs and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for continuous learning self-development and staying current with innovative L&D practices.
