Location: Roma Via Nizza
Il progetto si svolger presso gli uffici di Via Nizza Roma. richiesta la disponibilit a tempo pieno dal luned al venerd con presenza anche il sabato mattina. Stipendio lordo: a partire da 1.300 al mese.

Stiamo cercando collaboratori per una campagna telefonica che si svolger nel mese di luglio. Il ruolo degli Operatori del Contact Center consister nel fornire informazioni agli azionisti in merito ad un importante evento societario.
Responsabilit chiave:
Le risorse coinvolte si occuperanno di:
- Rispondere alle richieste che perverranno da parte degli azionisti
- Fornire un feedback sulla conversazione telefonica
Si richiedono
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana (livello madrelingua)
- Forti capacit comunicative e interpersonali
- Efficaci capacit di lavoro di squadra
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito di Contact Center
- Forte interesse per il mercato finanziario e il suo quadro normativo
Conoscenze ed esperienze acquisite attraverso la formazione. Le risorse saranno pienamente competenti dopo un breve periodo di formazione.

In this position youll be based in the Rome Via Nizza office for full-time Monday to Friday availability required including Saturday mornings. Gross Salary: starting from 1300 per month.

A role you will love
We are looking for a team of temporary workers to join us from July 1st July 31st to support a telephone campaign we are managing for a client. The role of contact center operators will involve providing information to shareholders regarding a corporate event.
The process will be conducted as follows:
Phone contact
Providing feedback about the phone conversation
Key responsibilities
Works within close supervision under clearly defined and established procedures.
Completes tasks in straightforward situations with limited ability to modify methods and approaches.
What will you bring to the role
Proficiency in Italian at a native level
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Effective teamwork skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a contact centre environment
A keen interest in the financial market and its regulatory framework
Knowledge and experience acquired through on-the-job training. Individuals are fully competent following a short period of instruction.
