Job Summary

Tasks

Monitor and operate Mainframe z/OS systems ensuring availability and performance.
Execute and track jobs in the production environment using IWS/TWS/OPC.
Analyze and resolve incidents related to batch and online processes in the Mainframe.
Use Sysview for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Create modify and execute scripts in JCL as needed.
Collaborate with support and development teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Document processes incidents and solutions for future reference.
Participate in meetings and interactions with global teams requiring fluency in English.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Mainframe operator
Experience in Mainframe z/OS
Knowledge in Sysview
Knowledge in IWS / TWS / OPC
Knowledge of JCL Language
English fluency
