WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to architect implement and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Development Staging UAT and Production environments. This role requires deep expertise in Azure DevOps Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep and Terraform and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with development QA and security teams to ensure robust secure and efficient delivery pipelines and cloud operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Lead the design implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Architect and manage infrastructure using Azure Bicep and Terraform.
Drive automation across build test deployment and monitoring processes.
Define and enforce DevOps standards governance and best practices.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
Ensure high availability scalability and security of production systems.
Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
WHAT WE VALUE

Bachelors/masters degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
7 years of experience in DevOps
Extensive practical experience with Azure DevOps Azure Bicep and Terraform.
Proficient in version control systems like Git Bitbucket and SVN.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and architecture.
Experience with Azure B2C/B2B and managing production-grade Azure environments.
Familiarity with security tools and practices in CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell Bash Python etc.).
Advanced problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-400 AZ-104 AZ-305).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana Azure Monitor.
