Introduction
In the Sustainability Product Line within ALDI DX we enable ALDIs Global Sustainability Strategy with common data integrated processes and the right technology.
Our focus is on securing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as driving ALDIs ambition to make sustainability affordable to our customers.
We are convinced that you cannot do business without sustainability and you cannot do sustainability without technology.
Your Job
What you give your best for
- Assuming responsibility for the seamless operation of one or more sustainability solutions
- Driving the optimisation of our live operations and contributing your own creative ideas to ensure continuous product stability
- Finding solutions to operational disruptions and incidents by working closely with the product teams and our Global Service Desk as well as our external development partners and vendors
- Proactively advising the product owners on (technical) improvements for our products
- Ensuring compliance with product SLAs and creating corresponding reports
- Using your specialised knowledge of ITSM methodologies at the heart of the agile product team
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Proactive hands-on approach to tasks and challenges keeping an overview in challenging situations
- Ability to understand complex situations and identify dependencies with ease
- A customer-oriented approach and excellent communication and presentation skillsinEnglish
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices (e.g. ITIL) on the job focusing in particular on service transition and service operation practices
- Experience working as a valuable member of an agile team; ability to adapt to new environments and changing technical setups
- Proficiency and hands-on experience using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Interest in working in an international context with a variety of cultures; strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to thrive in diverse work environments
- Agile mindset persuasiveness and strong communication skills
Desirable extras.
- ITSM certification (e.g. ITIL Foundation)
