Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Establishing a team of technical experts (e.g. DevOps or Operation Experts) to drive product realisation
- Developing a working environment that motivates the team and encourages collaboration; facilitating chapter meetings and knowledge-sharing
- Establishing improving and harmonising chapter assets and governance in line with the chapters purpose
- Assuming responsibility for hiring new employees and managing their workload; planning the chapter budget
- Leading managing and developing chapter members
- Promoting the agile mindset and acting as an agile change agent
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Extensive experience in the field of SAP DevOps or operations
- Excellent skills in managing developing and motivating teams and individuals
- High degree of self-awareness and reflection
- Understanding of agile leadership principles and experience leading coaching and mentoring
- Very good networking presentation and communication skills as well as a very good command of English
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of retail business dynamics and processes
- Knowledge of supply chain business processes
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
