Job Description:

What will you work on

The Brand Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day business and be the key point of contact for leading the Activities brand(s).

How will you create impact

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including product development design engineering and sales to execute key brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.
  • Drive critical path process ensuring all timelines are adhered to financial goals are achieved and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
  • Liaise with licensors to ensure that all key milestones forecasts calendars and other critical details are aligned to and shared. Collaboration and communication with licensors are a key element of this role.
  • Oversee and manage P&L to drive key brand operations including forecasting pricing costing and profitability analysis in order to deliver brand financial goals.
  • Support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media TV and video production social media eCommerce packaging branding public relations and trade shows
  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager
  • Regularly analyze POS performance competitive landscape and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities. Leverage data to discover insights and growth opportunities for the brand driving to commercial opportunities.
  • Present new brand and product lines strategies plans and results to internal sales team and external partners


What are your skills and experience

  • Work experience in the consumer products industry preferably in toy entertainment fashion electronics or other pop culture products
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
