Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Grale youll be at the heart of our growth - identifying opportunities building strong client relationships and closing deals that make a real difference for the planet. Youll own the entire sales cycle from spotting leads to sealing the deal.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Identify and prioritize target customers across key segments (e.g. wholesalers distributors retail FMCG HoReCa brand owners facility management).
- Build strong long-term relationships and create tailored proposals that solve customer needs.
- Manage meetings pitch and present solutions with confidence to decision-makers.
- Track and report on pipeline progress and sales performance in our CRM (Hubspot).
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Constantly explore new ways to reach potential customers and scale our sales.
- Stay on top of market trends and customer insights to help refine our go-to-market strategy.

What you bring:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably with physical products within sectors such as wholesale retail FMCG HoReCa facility management or sustainability.
- A strong network in any of these sectors is a big plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience with CRM systems and a structured data-driven sales approach.
Youre someone who:
- Have a self-starter attitude - you take initiative and own your results.
- Are results-driven and motivated by closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.
- Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Is comfortable working both strategically and hands-on running the entire sales cycle yourself.
