Job Description
A well-established early childhood center is seeking a dynamic Educational Director to lead one of its campus locations. This full-time leadership role involves overseeing daily operations supporting and supervising staff guiding curriculum development and ensuring full compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will be warm organized and passionate about early childhood education with strong leadership skills and a clear vision for maintaining a nurturing high-quality learning environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the early childhood center.
Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff.
Guide curriculum development and ensure educational goals are met.
Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
Foster a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
Engage with parents and families to support child development.
Lead professional development initiatives for staff.
Ideal Qualifications:
Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.
Current state teaching certification.
Prior leadership or administrative experience in early childhood settings.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Passion for early childhood development and education.
