Job Description

Full Time Intake Rep - 842



We are looking for a full-time Intake Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service sales and intake.

The primary responsibility of the Intake Rep will be to gather information from potential customers and qualify them for our products and services. This will involve conducting phone calls emails and online chats with customers. The Intake Rep will also be responsible for following up with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied with the process.



The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service and sales. They will also be able to work independently and be able to meet deadlines.



Responsibilities:



  • Conduct phone calls emails and online chats with potential customers
  • Qualify customers for our products and services
  • Follow up with customers and ensure that they are satisfied with the process
  • Work independently and meet deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Salary: $50k/Year Commission
