As a Principal Engineer you will have a significant impact on our teams success and the overall company strategy by driving best practices in infrastructure and automation.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the migration of applications and databases from AWS to Azure.
- Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Drive containerization of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Build tooling for compliance validation and inventory tracking.
- Provide Linux system administration and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with development security and IT teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.
What Youll Bring:
- Extensive experience with AWS and Azure services.
- Proficiency in Terraform for scalable IaC solutions.
- Strong skills in Python and Bash scripting.
- Expertise in Linux system administration and optimization.
- Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines preferably GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
