Pure Storage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will be focused on developing effective campaign strategies plans and leading a cross-functional campaign team to drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth. Integrated Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives target audience and key messaging.
• Leverage market research customer insights and industry trends to inform campaign strategies.
• Identify and prioritize marketing channels and tactics to achieve campaign goals.
• Assist in the development of campaign budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs and metrics making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Help manage the integrated campaign budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communications:

• Drive many of the cross-functional campaign rhythms and workflows that underpin a strong integrated marketing motion
• Develop and implement internal communication programs to ensure alignment and engagement across the marketing organization and our stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the marketing team.
• Communicate campaign strategies and results to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
• Continually optimize workflows with cross functional marketing teams and help manage change to ensure overall alignment process for campaigns/ programs (MOPS Digital Web Email Brand).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners agencies and vendors as necessary.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in integrated marketing and campaign strategy development with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing preferably in the IT data storage or cloud computing industry.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing technology tools and analytics.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara CA; Bellevue WA; or Raleigh (RTP) North Carolina office locations in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
