Location: Onsite in Fort Worth TX 76177
Pay:$20/hour
Duration: 6 to 9 months

What Youll Be Doing:
- Connect with customers via phone video or in person to understand their career goals and provide tailored support.
- Match job seekers with exciting opportunities and refer qualified candidates to employers.
- Guide customers through resume building job applications interview prep and professional presentation.
- Share insights into the local job market training programs and community resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance workforce services.
- Contribute to team goals and follow up with customers to ensure success.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid drivers license insurance and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Thats a big plus!
- 6 months of experience in customer service workforce development or a related field preferred.
Physical & Work Environment:
- Light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) with a mix of sitting standing and walking.
- Office-based with occasional travel.
- Flexible hours may be required.
