RN/Ortho | Permanent Role

• Location: Irving TX 75061
• Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Compensation: Based on experience

• Provide direct nursing care to orthopedic patients in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient condition including neurovascular checks wound care and mobility assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with physicians physical therapists and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care pain management mobility and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
• Promote a safe environment by adhering to infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Specialized field of study: Nursing.
• Current RN Registered Nurse License in the state of Texas.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Certification (required within 30 days of hire).
