Job Description
RN/Operating Room Permanent Role
- Location: Dallas TX 75246
- Shift: 8 HR Days 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop implement and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Adjust care plans as needed to meet patient-specific goals and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Provide a safe therapeutic environment addressing both physical and emotional needs.
- Respect and integrate cultural spiritual and lifestyle diversity in care delivery.
- Act as an advocate for patients ensuring their dignity autonomy and preferences are honored.
- Educate patients families and colleagues on treatment plans and health promotion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care delivery.
- Use systems thinking and resource awareness in clinical decision-making.
- Demonstrate professionalism through continuing education peer support and community service.
- Proficiency in OR nursing standards ENT procedures and clinical protocols.
- Familiarity with laws regulations and ethical standards in nursing.
- Strong interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to recognize patient condition changes and act quickly.
- Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer applications.
- Culturally competent and committed to patient privacy and dignity.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)-Required
- Experience:
- 1 years of Registered Nurse experience in the U.S.-Required
- 1 years of ENT Operating Room experience Required.
- Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
