Perfect Household Staff is pleased to introduce a new opportunity for an experienced and reliable Housekeeper Cook to join a welcoming family based in the prestigious Holland Park area of London. The family home is a beautiful four-floor house with five bedrooms occupied by parents and their three teenage children (aged 14.5 and 16-year-old twins). As the parents travel for work occasional proxy parenting will be required two to three times per year for short stays of two to three nights. Holland Park is renowned for its leafy surroundings elegant architecture and close proximity to Kensington High Street making it a vibrant and highly desirable area to work. This position is live-out and benefits from excellent transport links making it easily accessible by public transport.
Working as a professional Housekeeper Cook in a busy family home requires someone who is detail-oriented child-friendly and confident in both housekeeping and culinary responsibilities. The role will include full housekeeping duties ensuring the property is kept in pristine condition at all times as well as laundry and ironing. You will also support the family by cooking healthy Mediterranean-style meals with vegetables and meat while also assisting the lady of the house with food preparation. The position requires a reliable and proactive professional who is confident driving in London with an automatic car provided by the family for errands shopping and occasional school runs.

Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper Cook:
- Cleaning and maintaining a four-floor five-bedroom family home to a high standard.
- Laundry and ironing ensuring clothes and household linens are well cared for.
- Cooking healthy and Mediterranean meals with fresh vegetables and meats.
- Assisting the lady of the house with meal preparation.
- Managing contractors and household maintenance tasks.
- Running errands and shopping as required.
- Occasional proxy parenting when the parents travel for work (23 times per year).
- Driving children to school or activities as needed (automatic car provided).
- Ensuring smooth daily household operations with flexibility and reliability.
Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper Cook job:
- Three or more years of private housekeeper cook experience.
- Two excellent checkable references.
- Conversational English.
- UK working permit.
- Non-smoker.
