Job Title: Relationship Manager Retail Agri
Department: Retail Agri Banking
Location: Kolkata
Job Purpose:
To acquire and manage a portfolio of retail agriculture clients including farmers agri-entrepreneurs
and rural businesses by offering credit products liability solutions and other agri-banking services.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture Rural Development Commerce or related fields
1 4 years of experience in retail agri lending NBFC microfinance or rural banking
Local residency and language fluency preferred
Two-wheeler with valid license (for field visits)
