Sellfy is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to drive growth for a creator-focused e-commerce platform. Were a profitable product-led SaaS company helping creators and small businesses sell digital products. Were now looking for someone whos scaled similar SaaS businesses using smart cost-efficient growth strategies.
Tasks
- Further develop Sellfys growth and marketing strategy
- Scale revenue through performance-driven low-cost acquisition channels
- Lead and optimize SEO affiliate marketing product-led growth and lifecycle campaigns
- Build and manage a small lean marketing team and/or freelancers
- Set and track key growth KPIs (signups upgrades retention churn etc.)
- Partner with product and design teams to drive user acquisition and engagement through product experience
Requirements
- 5 years experience in SaaS growth or marketing roles
- Proven track record growing a SaaS product with 7-figure ARR
- Deep understanding of product-led growth SEO and/or affiliate marketing
- Data-driven and execution-focused: you move fast test ideas and scale what works
- Comfortable with a lean setup - we care about impact not headcount
- Strong writing communication and storytelling skills
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to creators solopreneurs or small businesses
- Hands-on skills with analytics AI or no-code tools
- Prior startup or bootstrapped experience
