Role Summary
As a Growth Manager you will be responsible for driving the expansion of MyTravaly s hotel network increasing traveler engagement and enhancing platform performance in your region. Your focus will be on acquiring and retaining hotel partners increasing property listings supporting revenue growth and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify approach and sign up new hotels and homestays to join MyTravaly s marketplace.
Market Expansion
Develop and execute regional growth strategies to penetrate new cities regions or market segments.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with hoteliers to ensure retention engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as bookings partner activity conversion rates and user engagement; share insights with management.
Campaign Execution
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to run promotions seasonal offers or referral campaigns to boost listings and bookings.
Tech Adoption & Training
Promote usage of MyTravaly s PMS self-service tools and mobile app among hoteliers; conduct training and support sessions.
Feedback & Improvement
Act as a bridge between hoteliers and the product team by gathering feedback to improve platform features and usability.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
2 4 years of experience in business development sales partnerships or travel-tech growth roles.
Strong network in the hospitality industry preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and hands-on with market research and field activities.
Comfortable using CRM tools spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
