Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients (students institutions and corporate partners) through online research networking and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients understanding their learning needs and providing the best solutions.
- Present and negotiate proposals effectively communicating the value of WebGo Academy s EdTech courses and services.
- Manage the sales pipeline ensuring accurate tracking and timely closures.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to explore new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Stay updated on EdTech trends competitors and market demands to drive continuous growth.
- Contribute to WebGo Academy s expansion by exceeding sales targets and increasing student enrollment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students parents and institutions.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Passion for the EdTech industry and a desire to contribute to digital learning solutions.
- Understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes with an ability to identify and qualify leads.
- Analytical mindset to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is a plus.
- Freshers and students from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience is required just enthusiasm a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
