A well-established company in North Vancouver is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across multiple provinces using Payworks. Process bi-weekly payroll using Payworks for employees across Canada
Manage timesheets track hours and ensure accurate payroll delivery
Administer benefits and deductions
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation
Collaborate with HR and Finance for reporting reconciliations and audit support
Respond to payroll-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism
3 5 years of hands-on payroll experience
Proficiency in Payworks is required
Experience with multi-provincial payroll
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
PCP certification is an asset but not mandatory
Ability to work independently in a small collaborative office environment
3 days per week to start with potential to increase
On-site in North Vancouver
