LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) Corrections - Mansfield OH

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) . SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!

- Shift: 7:30 am -3:30 pm or 8 am -4 pm - Mon-Fri

Requirements

Requirements :

- Requires LISW or LPCC

- CPR/BLS

Responsibilities :

- Performs as lead worker or independently develops & implements treatment plans for clients coordinates admission assessment evaluation & treatment plans of clients care cycle provides interventions with acute more complex clients handles cases containing numerous factors & problems & provides crisis intervention.
