On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh.
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be focused on presenting/communicating and ultimately selling INITIAL s FM
Services to all potential customers. The objective is to reach customers systematically generate leads and quote
service solutions across the verticals. The job is fieldwork calling on 10 new customers per day generating a
minimum of 2 sales leads closing and reporting the status on CRM.
Requirements
- Responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Executing the sales functions and following a clear daily process.
- Market coverage and customer reach within his/her area and domain as supervised.
- Reporting calls competitive activities and issuing proposals on time.
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining documentation including invoicing and execution per contractual terms.
- Cross-selling all services into various verticals with emphasis on specialisation.
- Promote the services including TFM SS Cleaning Pest Control Landscaping and Security.
- Communicate the scope of work from quotations and tenders both verbally and in writing.
- Negotiate favourable and/or back-to-back terms and KPI s with our client contracts.
- Attend bid/tender kick-off meetings and support site inspections.
- Develop quotation content for technical tenders for hard and soft facilities management services.
- Reporting into CRM System for all quotations.
