The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and be capable of managing lease data rental payments and lease documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Maintain and update lease agreements and relevant documentation.
Ensure accurate data entry of lease details into internal systems.
Track lease payments rental increases and other financial obligations.
Communicate with landlords tenants and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing lease reports and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies.
Support the finance and property management teams in lease-related tasks.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a lease-related role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
