This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible 40 hours per week with weekly catch-ups during Eastern Time business hours
Our client is looking for an experienced Google Ads & LSA Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a growing service-based business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full performance marketing funnel from ad creation and bid strategy to tracking reporting and lead qualification. You ll work independently but stay aligned through weekly check-ins and detailed reporting.
Google Ads Management
Build and optimize campaigns across Search Display Retargeting and YouTube
Set up and manage ad groups extensions and audience segments
Track and improve CTR Quality Score CPL and conversion rates
Implement tracking via GA4 GTM and custom conversion actions
Set up and optimize LSA campaigns for target service areas
Manage reviews budget caps and lead qualification
Handle disputes and track cost per qualified lead
Recommend and adjust budget allocations by season geography and focus area
Implement and test smart bidding strategies (TCPA Max Conversions Manual CPC)
Run A/B tests on ads landing pages and match types
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify trends wasted spend top-performing ads/keywords and competitor insights
Suggest landing page improvements to increase conversion rates (in collaboration with dev/SEO team)
Proven experience managing Google Ads & LSA for service-based businesses
Strong command of keyword research negative keywords and geo-targeting
Proficient with Google Ads LSA portal GA4 GTM and Call tracking/CRM tools (e.g. CallRail)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
