Conduct door-to-door sales to onboard new microfinance clients
Educate potential customers on our financial products
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Build a strong pipeline of repeat clients
Sell and cross sell savings and loans products
Requirements
Possession of relevant higher education certificate/degree
Customer-Led: you listen first understand clients needs deeply and tailor solutions
that truly helps
Solution-Driven: you do not just sell products you solve financial challenges with
the right offerings
