Job Description
- Fully adopt and incorporate ADL s DevOps principles into daily work and project strategies.
- Advise and support DevOps teams across multiple projects with technical and strategic input.
- Identify and recommend the appropriate technology stacks suited to specific project requirements.
- Design implement and document efficient CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) automation pipelines.
- Analyze current CICD setups and apply enhancements to boost performance and reliability.
- Adapt industry-standard DevOps practices to align with ADL s unique environment and culture.
- Evaluate the technical quality and consistency of design deliverables from DevOps teams.
- Contribute to the estimation process for project timelines and resource planning.
- Participate in presales engagements to demonstrate technical capabilities and align solutions with client needs.
- Investigate emerging technologies develop prototypes and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to align them with ADL s DevOps mindset and processes.
- Prepare and maintain thorough technical documentation for processes designs and solutions.
- Operate within Agile frameworks adhering to its practices and methodologies throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications Computer Science IT Systems or Networking.
- Over 12 years of experience in DevOps Networking IT or Telecommunications roles.
- Skilled in system architecture and setting measurable KPIs for performance.
- Competent in designing conceptual frameworks and executing DevSecOps/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities team collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven track record in designing effective DevOps solutions.
- Solid grasp of software systems and networking fundamentals.
- Experience working with a variety of operating systems.
- Proficient in scripting tools like Bash Ansible Python Terraform and in coding languages such as Java Angular React and PHP.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring and log management.
- In-depth knowledge of CICD platforms and tools including Jenkins SonarQube Kubernetes Docker and various SCM systems.
- Familiarity with one or more major cloud service providers.
- Good understanding of database management systems.
- Strong expertise in system and network security practices with a focus on DevSecOps.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Possess relevant certifications in DevOps or related domains.
