Strong Solution Architect and Strategist to drive AI strategy
Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite)

Role and responsibilities:
- Develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
- Ensure the solution aligns with the organizational technology strategy
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards
- Candidate should be strong in Design and implement scalable secure and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Good knowledge in Cloud technologies AI/ML.
- Quick and vivid learner understands and learn the client ecosystem and process
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership
- Strong organizational problem-solving solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office MS project vision and other collaboration tools
- Exceptional PowerPoint design and presentation skills
- Experience with Contact Center Nice to have.
