Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the financial strategy aligned with business goals
* Support CEO and leadership in financial planning and decision-making
* Drive risk management cost control and business transformation
* Lead budgeting forecasting and performance reporting
* Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and handle audits with Big 4 firms
* Oversee ERP implementation and improve reporting systems
* Manage cash flow banking relationships debt and FX
* Strengthen financial controls inventory and asset management
* Improve procurement oversight and supplier credit policies
* Support project finance especially construction projects
* Lead cost-saving initiatives and improve working capital
* Build and lead a strong finance and accounting team
* Coach and mentor team members and promote accountability
* Set KPIs to track performance and results

Requirements
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance Accounting or related field (Master s preferred)
* CPA CA or equivalent qualification is required
* At least 15 years of financial leadership experience in FMCG retail or food manufacturing
* Experience with ERP systems process improvement and financial restructuring
* Previous work with Big 4 auditors is required
* Experience with private equity and investor relations is a plus
* Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
Personal Attributes:
* Strategic thinker with a practical approach
* Results-oriented and hands-on
* High integrity and professionalism
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
