Partner Solicitor Wills & Probate

Location: Swansea

What will you be doing

As a Partner leading our Swansea Wills & Probate team you ll have the autonomy and support to make this role your own.

Based in our Swansea office with flexible and remote-working options you ll take the lead in delivering exceptional Private Client services to our local community and beyond.

You ll manage your own varied and interesting caseload across Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters working with a diverse mix of clients who trust Redkite to support them at some of the most important moments in their lives.

With real autonomy and minimal supervision you ll have the freedom to grow your practice your way supported by a collaborative team and the wider firm. It s a role for someone who enjoys making decisions solving problems and delivering a personal hands-on service that truly reflects Redkite s commitment to care expertise and excellence.

We want a forward-thinking engaged leader who can make a real impact. Whether you re a Senior Associate ready to take your first leadership role or an experienced Partner looking for a strategic challenge you ll have the entrepreneurial drive to grow our team and raise Redkite s profile in the region.

You ll also:

  • Be a strong Private Client lawyer with broad expertise across Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate.
  • Have proven leadership skills or a clear desire to grow as a leader.
  • Be commercially aware collaborative and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
  • Thrive on mentoring others and driving team performance.
  • Have a fresh perspective and the ambition and creativity to help shape the firm s future.
