We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and consistent account support. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships resolving inquiries and assisting with account updates.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
Respond to client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues
Assist in the onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth transition
Track customer interactions and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service account management or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction
