Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing communication strategies developing content and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies.
Draft edit and proofread communications such as newsletters press releases and corporate announcements.
Support the preparation of presentations reports and briefing materials.
Maintain and update company communication materials and documentation.
Assist with the planning and execution of company events and campaigns.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and distribute accurate information.
Monitor communication metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
