Next Comms Talk is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role involves crafting compelling messaging coordinating cross-departmental communications and ensuring consistency in our brand voice. The ideal candidate is highly organized skilled in written communication and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal newsletters updates and announcements.
Assist in the creation and proofreading of press releases memos and company materials.
Coordinate communication plans for events product launches and organizational initiatives.
Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Support leadership in preparing speeches presentations and reports.
Collaborate with various departments to align communication efforts.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve engagement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
