You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailHandling request and tickets for HR Operations related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which Global HR Operations is providing services.
General Employee Life Cycle support for the countries transitioned or with no local HR department
Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion Transfer Contract extension Title change Probation & other job change transactions.
Providing support to Team Lead in successful transition of Operational tasks.
Assist team lead with Auditing the tasks performed by the team
Queue management in servicenow
Assist Team lead with documentation creation and SOP Updation.
Assist Team Lead to Create and maintain quick guides step by step guides and other training material for team to refer.
Ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines
Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.
Participate in weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries and Global HR Ops Team.
Qualifications :
-MBA in HR or any other stream .
-Business understanding of HR processes end-to-end.
-More than 4-7 years of experience of HR Shared services. Knowledge of any HR tool (Workday PeopleSoft Oracle SAP or similar).
