We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Design Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design management along with project management skills and delivering high-quality commercial office interiors for multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design process for commercial office interiors fit-out projects ranging from 700000 sq. ft. tosq. ft.
Collaborate with clients consultants and project teams to ensure adherence to project briefs and design guidelines.
Review and validate design deliverables across all stages as per RIBA standards.
Provide support for value engineering exercises and incorporate lessons learned from previous projects.
Support Project Managers for the design aspects of sustainability & DEI (Diversity Equality & Inclusion)
Assist project managers during the execution phase for seamless delivery of projects across PAN India.
Ensure effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders for timely and successful project completion.
Qualifications :
12-15 years of experience in architectural design firms with a focus on commercial office interiors fit-out projects.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale fit-out projects for MNC clients in India.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Experience with value engineering and incorporating best practices from previous projects.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with clients consultants and project teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketch-up Powerpoint and project management software like MSP is a plus.
