The Marketing Services Manager has a key role within the Creative Services Department supporting branding and company initiatives. This position oversees the execution of creative projects submitted through the creative request system and works cross-functionally with requesters designers internal reviewers and production teams. The role ensures all projects are accurate on-brand and delivered on time across various media channels including print digital and broadcast.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects including timelines budgets and communication
- Support creative development across a wide range of media types including print/POP apparel digital packaging signage and traditional media
- Collaborate with departments across Brand RSO and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of creative needs
- Communicate with requesters to ensure all necessary project information is provided Collaborate with designers to ensure projects are accurate effective and timely
- Provide strategic direction and support to internal and external creative teams
- Ensure projects follow the defined approval process
- Deliver project status updates to the internal team and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate workload reports and flag team bandwidth or timeline concerns
- Coordinate production handoffs and vendor routing for approved creative
- Identify and recommend improvements to creative development processes
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in account management or advertising agency settings
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or related field
- Baseline understanding of marketing creative and design workflows
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers and production teams
- Experience with digital creative development for websites and apps
- Strong time management project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the QSR industry
