Job Description
Reporting to Paid Media Director you will create impact within our Paid search team within the paid media team We take pride in working with some of the biggest brands and as Googles global partner we provide the right technology strategy and training while fostering us apart in the industry.
Youll help leading our paid search activities within the Paid Media department consisting of team members with expertise in executing all forms of Paid Search.. At Jellyfish we are committed to fostering professional growth. Your career path could lead to growth within the Paid search
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- You will provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
- you will nurture positive collaborative working relationships with clients colleagues and third-party suppliers
- You will oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
- You will manage and monitoring the production and presentation of client facing reports studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards
- Collaborating with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions for our clients
- Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfishs working relationships practices and methods
- Support our corporate culture including following established ethical and brand standards
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfishs marketplace and the digital landscape with emphasis on all emerging formats technical solutions and plans.
Qualifications :
- 6 years experience in digital marketing paid media management.
- An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns particularly Paid Search including Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Google Ads.
- Industry-recognised certifications for and demonstrated expertise in Google Ads Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics.
- Fluency in English Mandarin or additional language proficiency preferred.
- Experienced working in global teams.
- Structured working habits with the ability to cope with competing demands and to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Lead paid media department in conjunction with fellow Directors and VPs effectively ensuring that their individual performance is acceptable and resulting in the achievement of team KPIs
- Take ownership for the paid media teams development needs ensuring that each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular feedback sessions
- Ensure that the performance and conduct of the paid media team is following Jellyfish business processes.

- Analytics & Reporting - Youll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
