Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our technology team in Douala Cameroon. This internship opportunity provides hands-on experience in information technology while working alongside experienced IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and contribute to various IT projects and daily operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Support the help desk team with technical support tickets
- Help maintain and update computer systems and networks
- Participate in IT project implementations
- Document technical processes and procedures
- Assist in basic system administration tasks
- Support data backup and recovery processes
- Help with software installations and updates
- Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong academic performance
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
- Fundamental knowledge of programming concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to communicate in English (French language skills are a plus)
