Job Description

Responsible for the overall operations of the Compliance Department. Oversees corporate compliance operations as they relate to all compliance related areas: Gaming Compliance and Reporting Plan BSA AML Title 31 compliance submissions of additions and modification to the propertys internal control systems to the appropriate regulatory agency and directing global policies including currency transaction. Responsible for the compliance operations as they relate to Information Systems and submissions to regulatory agencies for approval to install associated gaming equipment hardware and software.

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Management Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent work experience in the legal or regulatory fields.
  • MBA or Masters degree in a business related area preferred.
  • Five to Ten (5 to 10) years of Class 1 gaming experience.
  • Preferred CPA CIA CISA or CAMs
