Position Overview:
A fast growing ABA company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to take ownership of our month-end close process and financial operations. This role is central to their mission of bringing all financial functions in-house with the added challenge of implementing systems streamlining reporting and supporting leadership with critical insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close procedures for 10 entities
Maintain inter-company payables/receivables
Prepare bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets
Record revenue and AR entries; conduct bad debt analysis
Execute allocations equity transactions and lease accounting
Provide projections assist with tax filings and maintain cash/accrual books in Sage Intacct
Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
Support budget-to-actuals tracking and ad hoc financial projects
Qualifications and Must-Haves:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting (required)
4 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP preferably within the healthcare or ABA industry
CPA designation or on the path to obtaining one
Experience with Sage Intacct (non-negotiable)
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas)
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Experience with CentralReach a plus
