George Fox Universitys Plant Services department is in search of a highly skilled motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join their team as their Administrative Assistant.
About the Job:
The Administrative Assistant is an essential part of the Plant Services team providing administrative coordination and support as a primary contact for students faculty staff and administrators and others in the community who come in contact with the department.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A day in the life of this position:
The Administrative Assistant in the Plant Services department will provide essential office support and ensure effective communication to the departments constituents. They will manage petty cash process reimbursements prepare work orders and handle phone calls. On a regular basis they will coordinate campus community requests of the department distribute keys and maintain the office key inventory are key tasks. The Administrative Assistant will oversee office equipment maintenance submit invoices and run monthly reports. Scheduling rental fleet vehicles coordinating event schedules handling mail and managing break room supplies are also part of the daily routine.
