We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Engineering Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal work requests coordinating with other departments ensuring timely documentation and supporting the department in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive record and follow up on technical service requests
- Open and close work orders maintain logs and update records accordingly
- Coordinate communication between the technical team and other departments
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance tasks and external service providers
- Maintain and archive technical documents reports manuals and forms
- Track material and spare part requests and assist with purchasing procedures
- Prepare basic reports and assist with monthly data reporting
- Handle daily administrative operations of the Technical Services office
- Creating and following purchasing processes
- Controlling and following the attendance control system
- Entering analysis data into the system
- Coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments external vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
- Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration (specific field relevant to the companys focus)
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional groups
- Knowledge of industry standards regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluency in English is required
