Client Consulting:
1. Trusted partner: Understand the client needs deliver with excellence make an impact
2. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
3. Attend client planning meetings and contribute by providing Nielsen insights and solutions to the clients business needs.
3. Communication with mid-level clients on their research queries
4. Able to handle presentations with mid level clients or audiences
5. Crisis management: Able to tackle some of the client communication particularly with mid-level clients.
6. Taking ownership of project in terms of client relation as well as consulting / partnering with client through the project life cycle
7. Ensure all presentations done by reports tell a clear story provide insights and actionable recommendations
Commercial Leadership:
1. Aids AD/CS Lead with simple tasks related to scoping for projects (checking databases target groups etc) and attends client briefing calls when needed
Project Management:
1. Proactively identify and address client issues and needs.
2. Stays in loop on all stages of project management and monitors progress
3. Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the companys quality standards
4. Handles all day to day client communication on projects using good judgment on when to involve manager.
5. Meets internal & external deadlines for all deliverables
Thought Leadership- Integration:
1. Strengthen category / client knowledge
2. Develops strategic understanding of industry trends competition and opportunities of Nielsen
3. Make an impact for the team / client
4. Starts to consult on client business issues related to the improvement of innovations
Team/People
Qualifications :
1. University degree in Marketing Economics or related field a must preferred Postgraduate or MBA
2. 2 - 4 years experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research
3. Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
4. Good knowledge on advanced analysis methods and tools
5. Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate
6. Very good interpersonal skills
