Description

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues including conflict resolution andperformance management.
  • Manage day to day general HR administration tasks.
  • Onboarding new employees.
  • Managing and coordinate learning and development calendar and training for employees.
  • Manage the Cadetship program.
  • Maintain and update HR platform ELMO.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Some national and regional travel maybe required.


Skills And Experiences

To be considered you must

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar
  • Strong knowledge of employment law NES Fair Work and HR best practice.
  • 3 years in a similar role. Construction Industry experience would be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a busy fast paced role
  • Intermediate Word Excel Outlook and ELMO
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Team player but can work autonomously
  • Effective time management organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to close tasks out to completion
  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions
