Were a stationery brand in the midst of a bold transformation refreshing our look rethinking our range and reconnecting with a new generation of design-led customers. Its an exciting time to join as an Assistant Buyer within our much loved Stationery Category.
Youll be part trend-spotter part strategist working closely with product development buying and planning teams to build a product assortment thats equally inspiring and commercially strong.
This is a role for someone with vision energy and great instincts for whats next.
What youll be doing:
- Own and manage your product categoryfrom sourcing and development through to launch
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into commercially successful products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Partner with our creative and brand teams to bring new products to life
- Analyse performance react to insights and shape future range strategy
- Keep close to the customeralways thinking about what they want (even before they do)
What youll bring:
Experience in buying merchandising or product development
A sharp eye for trends and a love for beautiful functional design
Commercial thinking and confidence in owning your numbers
Experience managing a hardgoods category delivering innovation and a love for product
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
An entrepreneurial mindset - were moving fast and thinking big
