Deals department is Greeces leader in Mergers & Acquisitions and the team is consistently involved in high-profile transactions covering a wide range of Industries. Our client base consists primarily of large Greek and multinational corporates private equity funds and financial investors.

As a Real Estate Advisory Associate you will become an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment collaborating with top-tier professionals who are renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. You will have the chance to work on real estate valuation projects transactions advise clients on strategic initiatives drive key decisions that impact businesses and the Greek economy and gain exposure to a wide range of asset types.

As part of our team you will be exposed to the intricacies of feasibility analysis valuation techniques drafting of marketing materials including pitch books and presentations and the complexities of deal execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams build relationships with influential clients gaining invaluable experience and expanding your professional network. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients and the growth of PwC.

• The ideal candidate would combine interests in both fields of real estate and finance.

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelors and Masters degree) relevant to any of the following areas: Real Estate Engineering Finance Economics or relevant discipline.

• 0 - 2 years of working experience.

• A professional qualification will be highly regarded.

• Analytical thinking and strong financial and engineering acumen to solve complex problems.

• A passion for finance and the economy as well as real estate.

• Confident and positive attitude.

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships.

• Advanced collaboration skills.

• Fluency in both Greek and English.

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
