As a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst on the West Investment Team you will work in Acquisitions which sources and closes new real estate investments on behalf of various JPMAM funds and separate account clients. The analyst will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including underwriting due diligence and closing.
Job responsibilities
Develop pro forma cash flows using Argus and Excel
Research and analyze market data
Participate in property inspections and market tours
Prepare presentations and written investment committee memos
Coordinate due diligence and closing for new acquisitions
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Bachelors degree
Demonstrated interest in real estate
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Superior writing skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
1 years of post-undergraduate work experience in real estate or finance (prior real estate valuation experience preferred)
Familiarity with Argus is desired
