Job Description

  • Key leadership role leading an extensive portfolio of programs
  • Help reduce the impact of poverty trauma and disadvantage in North & West Victoria
  • SCHADS Level 8 salary packaging full-time ongoing role based in Horsham
Your new role

The key role oversees the delivery of accessible and inclusive services to Unitings diverse communities

Lead motivate coach and inspire an engaged capable consumer-centric and productive workforce to achieve positive consumer and community outcomes.

Your experience will enable you to build and maintain sustainable partnerships with consumers local regional and statewide networks to enhance service delivery.

As a participant in executive-level sector and community forums you will influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders and help shape the sector ensuring practice and quality excellence.

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelors degree in human/community services
  • Current valid drivers license

Experience

  • Minimum five years experience in overseeing large and diverse community service portfolios.
  • Participating in executive-level sector and community forums influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
