Lead motivate coach and inspire an engaged capable consumer-centric and productive workforce to achieve positive consumer and community outcomes.
Your experience will enable you to build and maintain sustainable partnerships with consumers local regional and statewide networks to enhance service delivery.
As a participant in executive-level sector and community forums you will influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders and help shape the sector ensuring practice and quality excellence.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 8) and super youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
