The Smith Family is a national childrens education charity that works with children and young people experiencing poverty to overcome their circumstances and reach their full potential by providing holistic long-term support for their education.
About the role
Our Learning for Life program provides emotional practical and financial support to help children and young people experiencing disadvantage with their education. Our support starts in the early years of learning development and continues through primary and high part of the Learning for Life team the Family Partnership Coordinator works with families in the local community using referrals links to programs and community relationships to support strong school attendance achievement and post school pathways.
