We are looking for fluent German speakers with a good English level to work in CS positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Speak proficiently German and have a good English level (B2
- Good communication and soft skills
What you will have to do:
- Contact with agencies and customers by phone emailchat
- Conducting lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis identifying sales opportunities;
- Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
- Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
